Can't sign in to my account?

For added convenience, Ohuhu automatically saves and fills in your login information by default, so you wouldn't have to enter them every time. If you already have an Ohuhu account, just click on the “Log in” button and you will be taken to the Ohuhu landing page. However, this time when you click on the “Log in” button, it says “Incorrect email or password” as figure shows.

The reason for this is that we have upgraded our service system. And the original account and password are no longer compatible with our new server due to privacy protection. Therefore, please ignore your current account and password and create a new account and password again.

How to create your account

  1. Go to the Ohuhu Login screen and click on the “ Create account”. Then, enter your first name, last name, email address, and password for the account. Click on “Create” button to create a new Ohuhu account.
  2. After creating your account, you will get a verification email from Ohuhu. Open the email to verify your email address and activate your account. Once your account is activated, you can begin using it.
    Note: If you didn’t get the verification email, you can try to check the email’s spam folder.

Why is there no history of orders in my account?
